Reservation Terms

 

1- General Information This website, www.alisne.es, is owned by EL POZO CORÍN, S.L., and its purpose is to manage bookings for tourist apartments in Almodóvar del Río (Córdoba).

2- Booking Process Bookings are made through the website by selecting dates, number of guests and making the corresponding payment. Once the process is complete, the user will receive a confirmation by email.

3- Prices All prices shown include applicable taxes and are expressed in euros (€). The final price will depend on the number of guests and the length of the stay selected.

4- Method of Payment Payment for the booking is made through the payment methods enabled on the website. The user guarantees that they are authorised to use the payment method selected.

5- Booking Confirmation The booking will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the user has received the corresponding confirmation email.

6- Cancellations The cancellation terms applicable to bookings made through this website are as follows:

  • Cancellation will be free of charge if made at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
  • In the event of cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice, a charge of 25% of the total booking amount will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the amount corresponding to one night’s stay will be charged.

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to reservas@alisne.es.

Where a refund applies, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the booking, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The applicable cancellation terms are those set out above, and are also specified during the booking process.

7- Use of the Accommodation The guest agrees to:

  • Respect the maximum occupancy of the apartment booked.
  • Make appropriate use of the facilities.
  • Refrain from any disturbing, unsanitary or unlawful activities.

8- Liability The owner is not liable for any damages arising from inappropriate use of the accommodation by the guest.

9- Data Protection Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

10- Applicable Law These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
